Who We Are
Brian grew up in Boise, Idaho since 1976 and has over 22 years in real estate, first as a Realtor and then transitioning to work in development, remodeling and property management. He holds a B.S. in Business Economics from Willamette University and an M.B.A. in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. His daily responsibilities are to track real estate trends in the industry as well as local market activity, identify viable market opportunities, analyze project projections, track remodel progress, market properties for sale, negotiate contracts, safeguard expedited and cost effective closings, and ensure partner satisfaction. Brian and his wife Elisa live in Bend, Oregon now and he enjoys rafting, skiing, hiking, playing basketball and watching his three little girls grow up.
Rob grew up in McCall, Idaho and has lived in Boise for the past 15 years. He has been a professional contractor mainly in the Boise, Sun Valley and McCall areas for over 25 years. He has completed hundreds of residential, commercial and multi-family jobs. He is responsible for estimating construction costs, selecting quality and professional contractors and managing their work for promptness and craftsmanship. He is also responsible to control costs and overcome obstacles to schedule and budget. Rob is an avid traveler and enjoys spending his free time with his two children and enjoying every aspect of the outdoors from hunting, rafting, wakeboarding and snowboarding.
Gerard has 36 years of experience in the financial services industry including investments and commercial banking as well as real estate lending. He is responsible for capital forecasting, partner relations, marketing and raising capital to meet project projections. He also reviews project outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and he monitors global real estate and general market trends so that we may capitalize on market shifts. In his free time he enjoys road biking, fly fishing, motorcycling, travelling, reading and spending time with his three sons.
